On the first day of our study visit, we visited the Museum of the City of Šibenik. The history of the city and its surroundings from the 6th millennium BC until the end of the 18th century were presented to participants. For the rest of the day, participants visited other cultural monuments.

On the second day we visited the St. Michael`s Fortress and Baron Fortress., where Đurđa Vrljević Šarić from the Department of Cultural and Historical Heritage of the Cultural Center of Šibenik presented an example of good practice of cultural heritage management, with special emphasis on public-civil partnership. She presented a project of revitalization of St. Michael`s Fortress, which in five years after the renovation has become a top concert venue.
